My Story
Where it all began
I'm a wife and mum of 2, living in Hertfordshire with my husband Aston and two beautiful children, Olive and Beau. As the eldest of seven, I've always been surrounded by babies, birth stories and busy family life.
My fascination with birth began around the age of 12 and deepened when I supported my mum alongside a midwife during the birth of their seventh child at 20, guiding her through breathing and comfort techniques I'd researched. That experience planted the seed for everything I do now.
It was through the births of my own children, both supported by hypnobirthing, that I truly found my calling. The calm, confidence and sense of control I experienced left a lasting impact, and I felt a deep pull to support others in the same way.
Today, I support families as a trained doula, offering warm, evidence-based care through pregnancy, birth and early postpartum, whether you're planning a home birth, hospital birth, or anything in between.
