When should I hire a doula?
The earlier the better! Many families hire a doula in their second trimester, but I've supported families who contacted me as late as 38 weeks. Early hiring allows more time for relationship building and preparation.
Do you support all types of births?
Absolutely. Whether you're planning a home, hospital or caesarean birth, I support your choices and help you feel confident in your decisions. Your birth, your choice - I'm here to back you up.
How far do you travel?
I serve families in Hertfordshire, North London and surrounding areas. Reach out and we can chat about distance, I always try to accommodate where I can.
When should I start birth preparation?
From around 25–30 weeks pregnant ideally, you want plenty of time to practice the tools. Starting too close to your due date can feel rushed and overwhelming.
What if my baby comes early or late?
I go on call 10 days before your due date and remain on call until 42 weeks. In the event baby arrives early, I will do my utmost to attend. Alternatively, you have the option to pay for a longer on-call period (37–43 weeks).
